HEADmaster Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems

This Warranty on HEADmaster Ultrasonic products applies to defects resulting from faulty material or manufacture which are reported within twelve (12) months of the date of delivery, or fewer than 1200 hours running time,  whichever occurs  sooner.    Genuine defective items returned to the  premises of ‘focus21ltd',  will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of  ‘focus21 ltd',   free of charge.

This warranty does not apply to parts worn as a result of normal wear and tear,  nor to damage caused by outside influences, (i.e. mains power variations, natural hazards, theft etc.) misuse/malicious damage,  non-observance of connection, operating or maintenance instructions,  unauthorised modification or service work,  or defects caused by the use of flammable,  toxic or corrosive chemicals/fluids.

This warranty will be invalidated if liquid, or cleaning chemical are allowed to be in contact with the transducer assemblies or internal electrical componentry.

The user should refer to the relevant instructions for the unit type before operating the equipment and may apply to ‘focus21 ltd' or it's authorised agent for advice on cleaning techniques or chemicals.     

‘focus21 ltd' will not be responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect usage of the equipment.     Statutory rights are not affected.
